At this year’s TM Forum DTW Ignite event in Copenhagen, the concept of agentic AI emerged as one of the key themes shaping the future of telecom and IT operations. In his article for SiliconANGLE, analyst and industry expert Jason Bloomberg recognized Unryo as one of the few companies truly delivering on the promise of agentic AI.

According to Bloomberg, Unryo “automatically builds a contextualized view and topology map of the environment and then correlates anomalies across infrastructure.

In the article, Bloomberg defines agentic AI as systems that are autonomous, goal-driven, and capable of taking meaningful action, as opposed to merely analyzing data or responding to prompts. He notes that while many vendors at the event claimed to embrace agentic AI, very few could demonstrate it in action. Unryo was one of the rare exceptions.

According to Bloomberg, Unryo “automatically builds a contextualized view and topology map of the environment and then correlates anomalies across infrastructure.” This includes servers, storage, Kubernetes, and network elements. The ability to bring these layers together through intelligent agents positions Unryo as a real-world example of what agentic AI can achieve in observability and operations.

Unlike traditional monitoring tools that rely on dashboards and reactive alerts, Unryo’s approach enables its agents to analyze, connect, and interpret telemetry data across systems—helping teams detect, triage, and resolve issues faster, and with far more context.

It’s worth emphasizing that SiliconANGLE is a respected tech media outlet known for in-depth event coverage and expert commentary. Jason Bloomberg, a long-time industry analyst and contributor, authored the article titled: "Agentic AI is the disruption du jour at this year’s TM Forum DTW Ignite conference", where Unryo was featured alongside other innovators.

As organizations begin to look beyond static dashboards and toward AI systems that can reason and act, Unryo is already demonstrating what this future looks like—today.
